Life Lately

The theme of Spring around here has been "what can we do and eat outside?" With all of these little boys running around, that will probably be a reoccurring theme. Now that it looks like that nasty pollen is gone for good, we've been spending most of our time outside exploring our new neighborhood, playing with friends and enjoying our last few months as a family of four before we welcome our newest little recruit this fall. Here are some pics of what we've been up to over the past month.

Last month, we went to the cutest little min-fair called Lemonade Days with our friends Matt and Heather and their little ones.

This was really the first time Ryder was able to ride any sort of ride by himself and he loved it!

Finn and Ryan (and Ryder too) are just the cutest little buddies and it's so fun to watch them grow up together.

We're not even into full-on summer yet, and we've already eaten our weight in popsicles.

Since daddy works on Sunday, the boys and I usually grocery shop and they're pretty big fans of Costco or maybe just the pizza, hot dogs and churros.

This does not happen often, so I have to capture it when it does. Both boys reading after breakfast.
When daddy had the Drive Conference at work for four nights, we tried to stay busy and eat out so mama didn't have to clean the kitchen and the floors 8,649 times a day.
When we got married, we said that we'd celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a trip to Europe. We just celebrated 10 years on Friday and were just thankful to get a night out for dinner in this season of life with babies and new houses. Maybe we'll make it back to Europe for 15 years...
And these two right here. They're messy and loud and usually smell by the end of the day, but I am so thankful today and every day that these sweet boys (and soon the one on the way!) call me mommy.
Speaking of baby brother- here he is from my 20 week appt.
