And then there were four

Baby Oprea #2 is on the way! I wasn't sure how to start out this post, so I figured I would just throw it out there. This has been our secret for some time now, mostly because given our history it took quite some time to really sink in and we've just been taking it one week (really one day) at a time trying not to get ahead of ourselves. In the past, we've seen precious early heartbeats and then somewhere between 7-9 weeks, our little ones have gone to be with their Heavenly Father due to my translocation. With this pregnancy, we chose to not even go to the doctor until I was 8 weeks. This way, if it was another little one that would be gone too soon, we most likely wouldn't have the couple weeks of hopeful waiting to see what happens. This also was all happening right around camp time for me, so I certainly had enough on my plate. We went in for an ultrasound at 8 weeks and sure enough there was a little heartbeat fluttering on the screen. Fast forward a few ten weeks and here we are. I am 18 weeks pregnant with our second (technically 5th) little miracle and we could not be more thrilled. There is so much more I could write right now, but I will save that for another post. I will just simply end it by saying that all the praise belongs to our Creator and we are blessed that he has entrusted us with another precious little life.
