Christmas

The twinkly lights may still be up in our house, but the presents have been unwrapped and the cookies need to go. We had a full and flourishing Christmas season- from all of our merry activities to our surprise snowstorm. This may be the first time ever that I am ready to put away Christmas decorations so soon after Christmas. That might be because there is just something about starting the new year in our new home as a family of five that makes me want to start fresh and get back to a routine. Here is a look over the last couple weeks of our fun Christmas season.

I went to Finn's sweet class Christmas party.

We had our fourth annual Christmas PJ playdate with friends.

And then our house fell victim to a nasty staph infection as well as strep throat. In one week, I took four trips to the pediatrician.
After a week on antibiotics, my littlest men were finally on the mend just in time for Christmas.

We decorated cookies. Also known as immersion therapy for a severely Type A mama.
Why yes, that is Fuller House on in the background.

We got to snag daddy at church on Christmas Eve long enough to take a family pic and this was the best we got.
Jude made it through his first church service inside the auditorium.
Christmas morning before the boys came downstairs.

I asked Dustin to smile for a picture and this progression of pics might be my favorite.

This sweet boy celebrated 3 months on Christmas Eve, so stay tuned for that post.
