Nine Months

Well baby boy, after the last month we've had, it is certainly a miracle that I even have this post up before you turn 10 months. I cannot believe you are just three months shy of turning a whole year! You have really been on the move this past month. You crawl all over the house and have started to pull up in your crib. You want so badly to keep up with that big brother of yours that there's certain to be no slowing down. You celebrated your first Thanksgiving this past month as well as some early Christmas celebrations in Greenville with the Oprea family and at home with the King family.

You're up to 17lbs 11oz and  inches. This puts you in the 15-25% for both, so you are our tiny little peanut. What you lack in size, you make up for in personality and noise! You're still in size 3 diapers and are currently in size 6-12mo. clothing.

You started some finger foods this month and have tried pasta, broccoli, chicken, black beans, oranges, bananas and grapes. You love drinking water out of a sippy cup and especially love watching Finn eat at the same time. You want to do whatever Finn is doing and follow him everywhere. He calls you "yi yi" and it makes you smile. You still love to bounce in your jumper and clap.

Our family has been fighting off quite a bit of sickness since mid-October it seems and you ended up getting pink eye a couple different times and hand-foot-mouth along with your brother and me. Luckily, other than losing a few nights of sleep, you seem to have come through it all like a champ.

Here are some pics of what you've been up to...

You celebrated your first Thanksgiving in Aiken.

You got your first Christmas tree in 70 degree weather.
 And then it got cold.
 You follow Finn anywhere.

Grocery shopping is just too exhausting sometimes.

You pull up on everything and we've had to lower your crib since this picture.

And now for the photo shoot. Let's pretend like these pictures weren't taken when he was almost 10 months old- k?
